Constructing the book

I have constructed my book by using a stitching bind instead of a hard back as i originally planned.

I have sowed the book together to make a neat binding, The book cover is coffee stained to keep the rustic look. The Front cover is made out of two layers card and the inside of the cover is brown (the brown paper adds a layer of strength).









This is the inside of the front cover. I feel the brown distinguished the pages from the cover.










I also prepared the binding corners for adding the pictures into my book, I used paint for this and some card.
